UGA International ‘Common-Unity’ Fund

Urban Gospel Alliance International recognizes the many needs of the Body of Christ. Therefore, we have constructed a way in which to address some of these needs within the confines of our sphere of influence.

‘Common-Unity’ is our way of exemplifying the life of Jesus Christ while simultaneously impacting the world. ‘Common-Unity’ is our unique approach to community thinking, application, and service.

UGA International understands the many plights of the Urban Gospel Industry and seeks to close the gaps that exist as barriers to our mission to spread the Gospel. ‘Common-Unity’ will receive its initial funding from 10% of all UGAI membership fees and be managed by our independent accounting firm, Alegna Financial Management. Additionally, we hope to receive funding from public donations.

The fund will primarily go to finance the structuring, planning, marketing, promotion, and advertising of some of our industries most anointed, talented, and prepared artists/ministries. Secondary to this purpose is to provide assistance to Christian related community outreach functions championed by UGAI Community Improvement Corporation (CIC, pronounced "kick").

A third, and very limited, function of this fund will go to provide temporary support to artists, ministries, or individual in need of temporary funds to provide food, basic shelter, and gasoline needs of families in dire or emergency circumstances.

The real foundational truth about 'Common-Unity' is that it is based upon a community having all things in Common and deciding to be Unified in supporting one another. UGAI Christian Club Partnership is a tool designed for specifically for club owners and promoters. This instrument will better enable their club’s growth and recognition in their local marketplace as well as internationally. Christians and urban music enthusiasts can now have an option in their socialite and nightlife choices. In most cases these venues are top notch and first class venues in the U.S. and around the world.

UGAI Christian Club Partnership is a collaboration of ministries, organizations, and social networks fulfilling the social needs of urban-minded Christians in interactive and participative environments which expand the social possibilities for Christians everywhere.

We are passionate about providing Christians and urban music fans all the opportunities, fun, and excitement as one may experience with mainstream entertainment and its associated events; however, we do it better!

Our mission is to regenerate the “Christian Socialite’s (the UGAI exclusive term)” calendar and some cases introduce a new Christian convert to occasions to get involved and begin enjoying the benefits of living life to its fullest. Many of these clubs may feature any of 9 urban formatted genres UGAI supports. The formats highlighted are Hip Hop (Crunk), R&P, Neo-Soul, Spoken Word, Jazz, Reggae, Reggae ton, Comedy, and Contemporary/Inspirational.

Urban Gospel Alliance International, Inc. is a for-profit corporation bridging the gap that exists between church and the urban ministers who bring light to the street via music and/or entertainment.

UGAI is an empowering organization with a not so long, but consistent history of steady growth. The artists that UGAI serves often minister in diverse situations to differing audiences. The many souls that are brought to Christ is a cause for us to rejoice as the Gospel proves to be continually effective.

As good and responsible stewards, UGAI and its membership recognizes a vital piece to our process is not properly in place. Listed in our UGAI Growth Strategy statement, our chief concern is outreach ministry to ensure that individuals which God allows us to fellowship with are extended the plan of Salvation and that we make a positive and forever life-changing impact in their lives. With that responsibility we realized that our role is limited.

The local church/ministry is needed for our assignments to be complete. UGAI requires the assistance of community pastors, ministers, and lay people whose call it is to nurture and grow new converts as they come to Christ. These new babes need hands-on cultivation of their spirits through weekly services and support programs other than what UGAI provides through its structure. UGAI will bring them in; the local church will stand them up!

Additionally, as UGAI continues to grow, we hope the local ministries will grow with us. We are always in need of venues to host events, partners to sustain our call, supporters to share our struggle, and allies to share our successes.

UGA International recognizes the importance of having a good booking agent on your team to ensure you have enough shows to keep you busy. Our first response to this need is in providing the free booking referral system to our industry-related members whereby organizations, ministries, and related stakeholders create an online customized booking request that is sent only to our paid members. Since this feature is a basic function, we have come up with a more comprehensive approach to meeting this need.

UGAI has created a resource that directly corresponds to the stated UGAI Growth Strategy listed at www.urbangospelalliance.com. We are offering, to qualified members who meet or exceed our rigid evaluation process, the opportunity to secure superior bookings through our exclusive booking database.

Whether you require local, state, regional, national, or international bookings; we can assist you. For a one-time administrative start-up fee of $150 and cost-effective booking fee on all bookings are the only UGAI associated costs.
